This summer internship was incredibly well-organized and provided great structure. I think students who want exposure to all aspects of academic research will find this experience very rewarding. The freedom to choose your own research topic is a huge benefit, as it lets you dive into something that aligns with your future career goals and personal interests. I really enjoyed spending my summer working on my project and felt it added a lot to my academic growth. I’d highly recommend this internship to any ambitious student looking to make the most of their summer while enriching their education.

While I was in a frantic state of finding some form of research internship, I found this program luckily. With the constant support from the staff and freedom to choose my topic, I was able to find love in public health and plan on furthering my research in my topic. In addition to this, I enjoyed the different forms of research shown during this program like the Content Analysis and Google Trends Analysis. It's a great way to gain research experience during the summer for anyone interested in it.

C.R.A.F.T. was special in that it was a cohesive community. The work was daunting, but what made me endure it were the incredible people at Art Medified. They assured me I was not alone with my questions and transformed my challenges into solutions. I still recall meeting with an instructor abruptly one evening after I mixed up our meeting times. After she joined and I bombarded her with questions, she explained everything so well where everything about the program suddenly clicked for me. These are the little moments that I feel make this program nothing short of exceptional: it's a rare gem for anyone wishing to pursue a medical career and it was an opportunity I am glad to have been a part of.

I have always wanted to do research, but was never able to get involved with it in a professional sense. The Art MEDified program was exactly what I needed to get a headstart. The lectures were easy to understand and built great fundamentals for academic research that are applicable to professional settings. I always got really valuable feedback from my mentors that made me a lot more confident to pursue labs in university. All of the material and tasks were so well organised. this program was never stressful, but a experience I enjoyed working towards every week.

This program exceeded what I expected to take from it. All of the instructors/volunteers were so accommodating and helpful in their office hours, trying to give as thorough feedback as possible. I ended the program feeling so satisfied, because I genuinely felt like I was learning something new each week, and in the end I had a proper formal abstract and e-poster to show for all the effort. The week where they covered how to cold-email labs and tips for creating resumes was also especially helpful, because I feel like you don't really learn that elsewhere. I would really recommend this program to both high school and university students!

I truly enjoyed every aspect of this program, especially eagerly waiting each Monday for the lecture uploads. The instructors were very supportive and provided valuable feedback that motivated me to improve continuously. The guest lecture was truly encouraging and inspired me to consider starting my own nonprofit organization someday. This experience has been immensely helpful and motivating for me. Art MEDified helped me learn how to use data to better understand how people search for health information. Each weekly module had clear instructions, which made it easier to explore real-world issues related to health literacy. The mentors were kind, supportive, and offered helpful feedback throughout the process. Their guidance made the experience feel enjoyable and less overwhelming, especially for someone new to research.
